Appointment options for Boots not from us;

Full Custom Heat Mould (Boots not purchased from us)

This fee covers a moulding session for new custom Ski & Snowboard boot liners for boots not purchased from us or boots bought online without consultation.

Any required shell modification is subject to additional fees on any boots not purchased from Ski Exchange directly or boots bought on our website without consultation.

If your boots don't have any insoles then these will be required before moulding and are available from £40 for Superfeet OTC options.

Custom Insoles range from £60 - £110 depending on which insole is required for your feet/footwear & will be discussed with you on arrival. All our OTC & custom insoles have a 60 day money back guarantee.

Boot assessment session (Boots not from us)

If you have purchased boots online or have boot currently with some issues & want some advice around correct sizing, work required etc please book this session. The fee covers foot assessment, feedback & options for you to improve the fit. If options are taken, the fee may be deducted from any work required.

The appointment fee is non-refundable.
