Methods and Charges

UK orders are sent via the UPS & occasionally Royal Mail, depending on their size. All orders will require a signature on delivery.

UK delivery is calculated at checkout due to increasing changing rates.

For orders from outside the UK, the delivery cost is dependent on the destination country and the type of items you have ordered; to check the delivery charge add goods to your basket and select your country from the 'Delivery to' option.

PLEASE NOTE - for orders outside the UK, VAT will be deducted at checkout. Any Import duties or VAT is the responsibility of the consumer.

PRO Ski Simulators

There is a flat £150 handling/delivery charge for Pro Ski Simulators - If you'd like to collect from store please choose this option & you won't be charged. This rate is subject to change at any time due to changing shipping costs.

Delivery Timescale

UK orders should arrive within three working days, but please allow seven working days before contacting us. Non-UK orders should arrive within 14 working days.

Premium Delivery is offered directly via our shipping partner & we cannot be held responsible for 3rd party delays. For any issues please contact info@skiexchange.co.uk and we will do our best to help you resolve any delays.
