We’re back!!
After a short break we’re back for the next season. I’ve already done a couple of weeks on skis on the glaciers in Austria (Hintertux). I Then went back to the Snowdome in Belgium to train slalom which is again the main focus for this year.
Now I’m working on my physical. Staying fit and at my peak is a big part of the preparation for the upcoming season. I’m trying to build some strength in the gym, working on my cardio running/cycling, and I'm also working on my balance and agility via different exercises.
BUT, despite my physical programme; July is all about the Tour de France for me so I’ve been enjoying my afternoons on the bike.
