The Spitfire DC 74 is a great offering from Nordica. The ski is designed for strong intermediate to expert level piste skiers.
More forgiving than some of the other Spitfire skis in the range. This is a great ski at medium speeds most the day but if you let them run, they do shift!
Energy Double Core construction features two wood cores and a thin rubber layer. This way, the ski will absorb shocks and reduce vibrations. This makes the ski slightly less snappy and more predictable for the aspiring carver or someone hanging up their old race skis
The entire line of Doberman Spitfire skis are designed for skiers demanding high-performance, on-piste precision. Built using three years of studies and on-snow testing, the skis are more fluid through the arc, smoother, and faster thanks to a number of new technologies.
These includes the new Recoil Power Plate, which allows the ski to flex naturally, thereby delivering a livelier ride. All of the skis in the line are modeled after Nordica's World Cup race skis, but each Dobermann Spitfire is specially designed to meet the demands of a variety of abilities and needs.
Whether you’re a masters racer, Ski instructor, or just a skier that loves carving up the frontside, a ski from the Dobermann family is your best bet.
The Spitfire DC 74 includes the Marker TPX12 FDT binding. The bindings constructed with TCX light heel making the skis easy to step in and out of. Also the race inspired FDT plate system which allows the ski to flex underfoot and transmits energy to where it counts.
